Distinguished Flying Cross Släpspänne Ny och unissued. Med infästning- 2 pins bak. Ca 3,5cm lång. Issued 2nd July 1926. During the 1920's this medal was mainly issued to aviation Pioneers. With the outbreak of WW2 the DFC was awarded to flying personnel of the armed forces who distinguished themselves in extraordinary achievement / heroism.
