Vietnam Gallantry Cross + Palm Medalj Unissued. Fullsize! 1st issued in 1950 by the Republic of South Vietnam to recognise valour or heroism in the face of enemy forces. The palm citation is for the Army of Armed forces. This medal was bestowed on many American forces during the Vietnam War of 1961-1975.
