Fullsize! 1st issued in 1946 ,awarded to both Army & Air Force {formally Army Air Corp} who served for 30 consecutive days or more at a normal place of duty whilst assigned to the following. - Army of occupation 9th May 1945-5th May 1955, the Berlin airlift & occupation of Austria 1945-1955 & the occupation of Berlin 9th May 1945- 2nd October 1990.
